As a North Dakota native, Richard grew up on a farm and graduated from the University of Mary, in Bismarck, North Dakota, with a Bachelor of Business Administration. With a passion for numbers and helping people, Richard found his calling in the Mortgage Industry where he now has over 20 years Lending experience.

With over 20 years in the mortgage lending industry, Richard has worked with hundreds of people in their search for home loan financing. His lending philosophy focuses on guiding his clients through the lending process, educating them on their financing options, and ultimately helping them decide on the mortgage option best suited for their long term goals.

His valued time off is spent with his family, golfing, camping, hiking, and enjoying the outdoors that Arizona provides.
