Hi and welcome to my website, Patrick McMasters aka “McMortgage”

I am originally from Wisconsin, having graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BS in Economics and Finance and worked as football manager with the Badgers while attending school. I have called Arizona home for the last 37 years. I love it here and will not be leaving. I have been in the finance world for 37 years, 1st 10 years as a stockbroker, the last 25 years in the mortgage industry, as a branch manager and now currently a senior loan officer with Price Mortgage. That experience has brought me to FULLY appreciate your needs and concerns when it comes to working on your loan.

I love it at Price Mortgage. It is the people at Price Mortgage that make it a truly unique company. We REALLY do care about getting people into the right home with the right loan. It is not just a bunch of fluffy sayings that make this company great. We walk the walk, and talk the talk when it comes to closing your loan, with as little stress and drama as possible. You are not just “another” loan or number.

While the mortgage industry is ever-changing and moving, my job is to provide guidance, honesty and integrity to each and every transaction. I strive to have an open line of communication, whether it be at 10pm on a Friday night or 10am on a Sunday morning for every client. I’m never too busy to talk to you. Unlike a big bank, I am open longer than 9 -5 pm.

I take great pride knowing that you are entrusting me to help with one of the biggest transactions you will make, the purchase of your home.

I believe the Golden Rule is very powerful: “Treat others as you would like to be treated yourself”. When I do a loan for you, I want you to feel as though I’m doing a loan for a family member.

While I’m not reading Fannie Mae or FHA guidelines, I like to golf (played down to a 4 hdcp at one time in my life), work out, watch my Badgers and Packers, and just getting out to enjoy Arizona and what it has to offer.
